The ranking structure for the hammerskin nation currently is not permanent, here is basically what is currently in place:

Leaders/Shot callers: The guys who are in charge of the crew, they decide important issues. There are two currently, forming a sort of council.
Soldiers: The real hammerskins, these are the guys who have earned their place among us.
Boot boys: Prospective members.
Hangarounds: People that associate with us, but have not earned our trust yet.
